Using Chiprion
These terms apply to your use of chiprion.com and its educational information. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Contact support@chiprion.com with questions. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be involved in enrolment and any purchase.
Programmes and enrolment
Programme pages describe digital design, verification and VLSI learning opportunities. An enquiry does not reserve a seat or confirm enrolment. Availability, prerequisites, fees, taxes, delivery format, access duration and schedules must be checked in the specific offer before you pay. Any course-specific conditions provided before purchase form part of your enrolment agreement.
Learning platforms and payments
The current course catalogue, enrolment flow and learning studio are demonstrations. They do not authenticate accounts, collect payments or grant paid access. Demo prices and records are illustrative. Any future checkout will identify its payment provider and purchase terms before payment.
Educational content and intellectual property
Chiprion content is provided for learning and general information. Unless a resource states otherwise, you may use it for your personal study, but may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or commercially reuse course recordings, materials, branding or other protected content without permission. Respect any licences accompanying code or downloadable resources.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, submit unlawful material or share another learner's private information. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law and any paid service obligations.
Learning outcomes and availability
Training does not guarantee employment, placement, a salary, certification or a particular assessment result unless an explicit written offer states otherwise. Outcomes depend on your preparation and participation. We aim to keep information accurate, but content and service availability may change; contact us to confirm details that matter to your enrolment.
Refunds and cancellations
Our Refund Policy explains how to raise a payment, cancellation or service issue. Review the refund conditions for your specific programme before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsibility, governing law and changes
You are responsible for how you apply educational material, including verifying designs before practical use. To the extent permitted by law, Chiprion is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of content or independent third-party services. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law without limiting mandatory consumer rights or available complaint forums. Updates will be dated on this page; a later update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
