Precision Training for Chip Engineers
Precision begins
with clarity.
Chiprion is an education initiative focused on digital electronics, hardware design and verification. We bring these connected subjects together to help learners understand how digital hardware works, how it is described in code and how its behaviour is checked.
Connected subjects.
Considered choices.
Learning chip design can feel like learning several languages at once: logic, circuits, code and verification. Chiprion’s aim is to make the connections between them clearer, so each new topic has a foundation to build on.
Our subject catalogue spans seven programmes across three groups, from digital foundations to more specialised design and verification topics.
Digital foundations includes Digital Electronics and Verilog. SystemVerilog brings together Basics, Advanced and Projects. Advanced design and verification includes Advanced Digital IC and UVM.

Chiprion is for engineering students, fresh graduates and anyone exploring a path into the VLSI and chip industry. You may be revisiting digital logic, moving from a circuit diagram to Verilog, or beginning to explore verification with SystemVerilog and UVM.
Different starting points call for different next steps. Start with the subject you want to understand, review the course details and prerequisites, and choose a direction that fits your current knowledge.
Understand the idea behind the code.
A hardware description is more useful when you can explain the circuit it represents. Our learning approach connects concepts with worked examples and practice: understand the logic, consider the expected behaviour, then explore how a design expresses it.
Verification adds another perspective: what should happen, what could go wrong, and which cases need to be checked? The goal is to encourage careful reasoning about a design alongside the syntax used to describe and test it.
Make learning fit your schedule.
Recorded courses give you room to pause, practise and return to a concept at your own pace. Live courses offer an instructor-led setting for questions, discussion and practical examples.

Keep exploring, one concept at a time.
The Chiprion blog offers another place to begin, with original explanations, technical examples and practice questions across digital electronics, hardware description and verification. Use it to revisit a topic, work through an example or discover a subject you would like to study further.
